Do you love chocolate with crunchy pretzel pieces too? You can now enjoy that same sweet-and-salty combo as ice cream in the Ninja Creami**. This chocolate pretzel ice cream is so chocolatey that you’ll want to make it again and again. Depending on how intense you want the chocolate flavor, you can simply adjust the amount of chocolate in the recipe. I had some 85% dark chocolate on hand, which made the chocolate pretzel ice cream wonderfully rich and intense.
What makes this ice cream so special is the contrast between sweet and salty. The lightly salted pretzel pieces create a delicious balance to the deep, slightly bitter chocolate. That combination keeps every spoonful interesting, so the ice cream never feels boring. If you usually prefer classic flavors, this chocolate pretzel ice cream will definitely take you out of your comfort zone—in the best possible way.

The Ninja Creami** is the perfect tool for making this kind of ice cream. The texture turns out incredibly creamy, while you still have full control over the ingredients. That means no unnecessary sugar, no artificial additives, and most importantly, exactly the flavor you want.
The higher the cocoa content, the more intense and less sweet the result will be. If you prefer something a little milder, you can simply adjust the chocolate amount or combine it with a sweeter variety. That way, this chocolate pretzel ice cream can be perfectly tailored to your own taste.

The pretzel pieces also play an important role. They not only add that salty contrast, but also bring a light crunch to the ice cream. It’s this combination of creamy and crunchy that makes the dessert so appealing. Just make sure not to crush the pretzels too finely so they stay noticeable in the ice cream.
If you enjoy trying new ice cream flavors and use your Ninja Creami regularly, this chocolate pretzel ice cream is definitely worth a try.
