I honestly never thought I’d get this excited about a kitchen gadget, but here we are. Since the Ninja Slushi** moved in with me, it’s been used almost every day. And one of my absolute favorites? Without a doubt: Virgin Mojito in slushi form. As a frozen slushi version, it takes the whole thing to a completely different level. It almost feels like a little vacation in a glass.
What I especially love: the Virgin Mojito is alcohol-free, which makes it an easy go-to for just about any occasion. Whether it’s after work on the balcony, at a barbecue with friends, or even as an afternoon treat, it simply always works.
The Ninja Slushi** also makes the whole process incredibly easy. No annoying ice crushing, no constant stirring. Just pour it in and wait until it reaches the perfect texture.

In terms of flavor, this Virgin Mojito slushi is the perfect balance of fresh and sweet for me. The lime adds a light tang, the mint gives it that classic mojito kick, and together it all tastes beautifully balanced. I also think this is exactly the kind of drink you can easily make in a larger batch when guests come over. It looks lovely and tastes great to almost everyone.
Another thing I like: you can easily adapt the drink to your taste. A little fruitier one time, extra fresh the next, depending on what you feel like. But even in the classic version, it simply always works. Especially when you want something that isn’t too experimental.

For me, this Ninja Slushi Virgin Mojito has become a little ritual. Especially on long days when you just want to unwind for a moment, it’s exactly the right thing. Grab a glass, pour in the slushi, sit on the balcony for a bit, and simply enjoy.
So if you’re looking for a summer drink that’s simple, alcohol-free, and still feels a little special, you should definitely give this a try.
