I spent a long time looking for an ice cream that doesn’t feel like a “cheat.” Sure, classic ice cream is delicious—but especially if you pay a bit of attention to your nutrition or keep an eye on your protein intake, it doesn’t always fit in. And that’s exactly where my absolute game-changer base comes in: high-protein ice cream made in the Ninja Creami.

The texture is wonderfully creamy, almost like something from a great ice cream shop, and at the same time I know: one whole pint has under 400 calories and delivers a full 42 g of protein. This base has become my go-to whenever I’m craving something sweet in the evening.

High-Protein Ice Cream Ninja Creami

Servings: 2

Ingredients
  

  • 350 ml Milk
  • 40 g whey protein
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a Ninja Creami container.
  2. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Select the Light Ice Cream mode.
  4. Add a little milk and run the Respin cycle once more.
