Cookies and Cream Ice Cream – High Protein Ninja Creami Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol
  • 4 Cookies with cream filling
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla paste

Method
 

  1. Place the crumbly cream cheese in the Ninja Creami container. Add the sugar, erythritol, and vanilla paste, and mix everything together well.
  2. Add the milk and mix everything together well again.
  3. Freeze for at least 16 hours.
  4. Let it thaw for about 10 minutes before processing. Process using the Gelato setting until creamy. If necessary, repeat using the Respin setting until the desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Finally, add the cookies and mix them in using the “Extras” mode.
