Marzipan Ice Cream Ninja Creami Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml cream
  • 250 ml low-fat milk
  • 100 g marzipan
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste

Method
 

  1. Warm the cream and milk gently in a saucepan.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the marzipan has dissolved.
  3. Let it cool, then transfer the mixture into a Ninja Creami container.
  4. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. Select the Ice Cream setting.
  6. If the ice cream still looks very powdery, add a splash of milk and run a respin to make it creamy.
