Love on the Beach: Ninja Creami Ice Cream Recipe

Love on the Beach Ice Cream Ninja Creami

Part 5 of my cocktail ice cream series features another absolute classic: Love on the Beach ice cream made in the Ninja Creami. If you love fruity cocktails and refreshing homemade ice cream, this is one recipe you’ll definitely want to try.

Inspired by the classic cocktail flavors of peach, orange, cranberry, and vodka, this frozen version turns the popular drink into the ultimate summer dessert. It’s perfect for hot afternoons, backyard BBQs, or anytime you’re craving something fruity and refreshing and you can easily make it alcohol-free if you prefer.

The Ninja Creami gives this ice cream an incredibly creamy texture that tastes almost like a tropical sorbet-meets-cocktail mashup. I personally love anything fruity that instantly feels a little vacation-inspired, and this recipe absolutely delivers that summer vibe in every bite.

One thing that makes this recipe even better is how naturally sweet it can be. Depending on how ripe your fruit is, you may not need much added sugar at all. I got lucky with especially sweet peaches and a perfectly ripe pineapple, which made the flavor taste extra fresh and naturally fruity. My biggest tip is to slowly adjust the sweetness as you go. If the mixture tastes slightly too sweet before freezing, it’ll usually turn out just right once frozen.

This ice cream is fruity, refreshing, and if you decide to add a splash of alcohol, just a little bit playful. It’s the kind of dessert that instantly puts you in a good mood and tastes like summer vacation in frozen form.

I had so much fun experimenting with this cocktail-inspired flavor, and I hope you’ll enjoy making it just as much. And once you start turning cocktails into ice cream, it’s hard to stop coming up with new combinations.
