Ninja Creami Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 40 g sugar
  • 90 g dark chocolate
  • 20 g baking cocoa

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently. Leave to cool, then transfer to a Ninja Creami container.
  2. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. The next day, select the Ice Cream mode.
  4. Depending on the consistency, select another Respin cycle. In my case, the chocolate ice cream already had a nice firm consistency after the first cycle.
